FAQs

Is the number of pieces of art not right for you?

Our art books range from 20-200 pages and we highlight one piece of art per page.

We generally offer art books in increments of 10 pages, however if your number of art pieces doesn't align with this range we can adjust the size of your book in multiples of two.

Just send us all your art. Any extra pieces of artwork you send us beyond your initial order will incur an additional charge of $6 per piece.

FAQ

Why use KeepArt instead of buying a regular photo book?

Life's already a whirlwind, so why not let us make this part a breeze?

When you choose KeepArt, all you've got to do is pick the artwork you want to preserve. We do all the rest. We take it from there, handling all the nitty-gritty details and then some!

We'll send you a KeepArt mailer that's got everything you need, including a pre-paid address label. Just pop your chosen artwork in there and send it our way.

Once we've got your art, we'll take professional photos, and if it enhances the design, we'll use colour backgrounds free of charge. Then, we get to work editing those pics—tweaking colours, smoothing and making them shine, so your art looks its absolute best.

Our creative studio will design your custom art book, and we'll deliver it right to your doorstep.

What should I do if I don’t have enough art and craft to fill an art book?

You can order your art book without needing to gather any artwork now.

All you need to do is order the art book of your choice and we’ll send you a KeepArt mailer. You can use the mailer to store your favourite art pieces and fill it throughout the year.

It’s a mini commitment to preserving the memories of your little one’s creative journey - and keeping your house clutter free 😜

What happens to my artwork after it’s been photographed?

You can choose to have your art returned to you after we've photographed it. Simply purchase 'art return' when ordering your art book or wall art.

If you don't choose for your art to be returned it will be recycled.

How do I customise the title of my art book?

Simply fill out the relevant section on the confirmation order form we include in the artwork mailer. Give us your desired title, and we'll print it on the cover.

Can I choose the order the art is printed?

If you’d like your art to be printed in a particular order please let us know on the confirmation order form that’s included in your mailer. We’ll then photograph your art in the order we receive it (top to bottom).

Can I send in craft too?

Mother’s Day cards, Easter chicks, craft creations - we love them! If your arts and craft fit into our bubble wrap mailer and is unlikely to get damaged during transit, we'd be more than happy to photograph it for you. Our bubble wrapped mailers are 36cm x 47cm which comfortably fits A3 art and craft.

We try our best to protect your artwork but we can't take responsibility if any art or craft ends up broken or damaged during the journey to our head quarters.
