Our school program is a simple, parent-friendly way to turn children’s artwork into beautiful hardcover art books — while raising funds for your school or P&C. Parents always receive a discount on their orders, and at the end of each program cycle the school or P&C receives its fundraising contribution. Here’s how the process works from start to finish, throughout the school year.
Parents order a KeepArt Kit (one per child) during the program cycle. There are four cycles a year. Each kit includes everything needed to safely pack and send the artwork to us.
Kits used in school programs may vary slightly from the retail kit but always include all required materials.
Kits are delivered in bulk to the school or P&C and handed out to families within a set delivery window.
Families pack their child’s artwork into the pre-paid mailer and send it directly to KeepArt for professional photography and book design.
After we receive the artwork, parents are invoiced for the final book based on the number of pieces sent. The kit acts as a deposit and is deducted from the final price, and a school program discount is always applied to parent book orders.
Parents approve their digital book proof and their child’s custom hardcover art book will be printed and shipped directly to their home. At the end of each program cycle, the school or P&C receives the funds raised from participating orders.
