How much will my book cost?

Final pricing depends on how many pieces of art you send in. We photograph one piece of art per page. The estimator above provides a guide. A 20-page Regular book starts from $165.

Do I see the design before it’s printed?

Yes — you’ll receive a digital proof to review and request tweaks. We only print after your approval.

What if I have a lot of artwork (or multiple children)?

We recommend one kit per child. If your collection doesn’t fit within one kit, contact us at info@keepart.com.au.

Can I add captions, dates or class names?

Absolutely. There’s a captions form in your kit. Captions are $1.50 per caption.

How is shipping handled?

Your kit includes a prepaid returns label to send artwork to our studio. Finished books are delivered to your door. Shipping is included.

Step 1

Order a KeepArt Kit for $49. It includes everything you need to send in your child’s artwork.

Step 2

Pack and return their artwork to us in the Kit using the pre-paid return label.

Step 3

We count how many pieces you’ve sent and invoice you based on your chosen book size and customisations. The $49 kit is credited toward the total.

Step 4

We professionally photograph, edit, and design your custom hardcover book. Your forever keepsake arrives at your door.

Once we've got your art, we’ll photograph and then edit the pics—enhancing, smoothing, repairing blemishes and making them shine, so your art looks its absolute best.

Our creative studio will design your custom art book, and send you a digital proof to review. Our print house will print your custom book and we'll ship it free of charge to your door.

What should I do if I don’t have enough art and craft to fill an art book?

You can order a KeepArt kit without needing to gather any artwork now.

You can use the kit to store your favourite art pieces and fill it throughout the year.

What happens to my artwork after it’s been photographed?

You can choose to have your art returned to you after we've photographed it. Simply purchase 'art return' when you place your order.

If you don't choose for your art to be returned it will be recycled.

How do I customise the title of my art book?

Simply fill out the relevant 'What's your book title' section on the confirmation order form we include in the KeepArt kit and we'll design your custom title on the cover.

Can I choose the order the art is printed?

If you’d like your art to be printed in a particular order you can let us know on the confirmation order form that’s included in your KeepArt Kit.

We’ll then photograph your art in the order we receive it (top to bottom).

Can I send in craft too?

Mother’s Day cards, Easter chicks, craft creations - we love them!

We try our best to protect your artwork but we can't take responsibility if any art or craft ends up broken or damaged during the journey to our head quarters, so for delicate pieces we recommend you bubble wrap them for extra protection.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

KeepArt kits
Orders for your KeepArt kit are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.

We use Australia Post to fulfil our orders.

Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of your art book or wall art shipment.

Express shipping: Please email us if you’d like to add express shipping to your order.

Art books

Art books are processed within 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your artwork. This allows for ample time for our photography and design team to create your customised product.

Print production and delivery of your book takes approximately 7-14 business days.
