Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with KeepArt. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy with outlines important information about order processing, shipping methods, and delivery times.

Order processing:

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
  • Orders for your KeepArt mailer are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
  • Orders for art book or wall art are processed within 2-3 weeks from the receipt of your KeepArt mailer. This allows for ample time for our photography and design team to create your customised product.

Shipping methods:

  • We use Australia Post to fulfil our orders.
  • Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the date of your art book or wall art shipment.
  • Express shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from the date of your art book or wall art shipment.

Shipping costs:

  • Shipping is free Australia-wide
  • Please contact us at info@keepart.com.au for international shipping 

Order tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as location and shipping method.
  • While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or postal service delays, may impact delivery times.

International shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia for the KeepArt mailer however if you'd like your art book or wall art shipped to an international delivery address please email customer service on info@keepart.com.au to confirm that we can ship to your intended delivery address.

Change of shipping address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date at the time of purchase. We're unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

Failed delivery attempts:

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a notification will be left and your order will be held at your nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

Lost or damaged packages:

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to Australia post.
  • In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact Australia post directly for assistance.
