Gathering your kids' art is a truly special experience. There's a good chance you'll laugh, reminisce, and maybe even feel a few emotions. So, if your children are old enough, involve them - grab some snacks and select your favourite pieces to preserve.

If you have more than one child or have ordered multiple goodies, divide your art by child or item ordered. Fold an A4 piece of paper around each pile and label with your book title. (If you've ordered one book you can skip this step.) If you've got a specific printing order in mind for your book, stack up your art with the cover piece on top.

If you have 3D art please bubble wrap and label it with your cover title and the order you'd like it to appear (if applicable). A rubber band may work here to hold the label if it won't damage the art. Please isolate glittery pieces in the clear protection bag. 

Complete the confirmation order form(s) and pop it on top of your artwork. Place the pile(s) of art into the black art protection bag. 

Slip your art protection bag into the KeepArt mailing box, attach the pre-paid address label over the original address label, seal the box with tape and ship it back to us. We'll let you know when your art has arrived at our studio.
